As required by Texas Education Code Chapter 1001 and TDLR administrative rules, we are required to report course completion data to TDLR, including student name, driver license number, course completion date, and other required fields. This reporting is a legal obligation and is not optional.

Upon your authorization and request, we will transmit your certificate of course completion to the applicable Texas court or justice of the peace to facilitate ticket dismissal. You must affirmatively authorize this transmission.

We may share information with carefully selected third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website and delivering our courses, including payment processors, course hosting platforms, and email service providers. Our website and course platform use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, track course progress, and improve your experience.
