As a TDLR-licensed driving safety provider, we are required by Texas law to maintain and submit certain student records, including your name, driver's license number, course completion date, and certificate information. This data is submitted to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and to the court listed on your citation. We have no control over how those agencies handle your data after submission.
